Private & Duet Pilates
You may be preparing for a significant life change, recovering from an injury, learning to use your body while managing chronic illness, or pursuing goals that only focused 1-on-1 attention can accomplish.
Some seasons call for more care, more attention, and more space to be honest about where your body actually is. That’s where private and duet sessions come in.
In these sessions, it’s just you (or you and one person you trust) and me, moving through a plan built for your body, your history, and your goals. We’ll pull from classical Pilates principles and reformer, mat, chair, tower, cadillac and more to create a practice that feels safe, effective, and sustainable.

All Kenetic Wellness sessions take place inside Pala Pilates in downtown Birmingham. Booking runs through Pala’s system; the experience, instruction, and programming are 100% Kenetic.

Kenetic Wellness currently teaches inside of Pala Pilates in downtown Birmingham.
That’s where you’ll park, walk in, and take class. The space is cozy, calm, and fully equipped with reformers and classical Pilates equipment, perfect for private sessions, semi-private groups, and small classes.
