Before Your Class
Come 10 minutes early. Comfortable clothes, water, and grip socks . We have extras if you need them.

During Your Session
Every session is tailored to your body with professional reformers, hands-on cueing, no experience required.

After You Leave
Don't be surprised if you feel taller and you've learned something new about yourself. I follow up after every session. That's just the Southern in me.
