Progress Tracking
I follow up. I remember what you said last month. I track what's working and what's not—and I adjust. You'll get check-in surveys, session notes, and a plan that evolves as your body does. This isn't a class you drop into and forget. It's a continuation of building your legacy.

Athletic Training
Your sport demands everything from your body. Pilates supports your regular training by focusing on deep stabilizer muscles, mobility, and the control that keeps you in the game and off the injury list. I tailor sessions to your sport, your season, and your goals. This is the work that makes all your other work better.

Corporate Wellness Programs
Your team's bodies are part of the work. I bring intentional movement to your organization—on-site, virtual, or hybrid—so your people can think more clearly, sit or stand longer without pain, and actually have energy left at 5pm. This isn't structured as a trendy perk, no offence to that home office stipend you got that one time. It's infrastructure. Options range from one-time workshops to ongoing programming, and I work directly with you to build something your team will actually use.
